Returns Policy

You can withdraw from the order within 14 days from the delivery date of the product. If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, it will be sufficient for you to notify us of your intention to return the products within 14 days of delivery of the product. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it will be sufficient for you to send us your communication before the withdrawal period has expired. The product must be returned without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw . Please ensure that the products you are returning are complete (for example you are returning both items of a pair) and have not been tampered with. Furthermore, if you wish to return a product, we ask you not to use it other than what It is reasonably necessary to decide whether to keep it or not. This means that you can try on clothes or shoes for fit, but you cannot wear or wash them. In the event of a failure to comply with these indications, leads to a reduction in the value of the product, we may hold you responsible for this reduction in value. You will be entitled to a refund of the full amount of the payment charged, if  the product has never been delivered to You. You will be entitled to a partial refund of the amount of the charged payment if the product has minor defects but It can be still used. We may ask You to ship back the product (shipment costs payed by us, with the exception of additional costs applied in the event that you have chosen delivery methods other than the standard delivery type proposed by Magic Deal), no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. We may withold the refund until we have received the returned products. It is very important that You make clear pictures and or videos of the package before opening It and before confirming the delivery of the product, to be used as evidence.
